Hes looking amazing thats a great build perfect for him being agile........

I have my hopes up along with every other movie hes coming out with besides his cameo's obviously

6 Pack vs 14 Blades

Donnie Yen, who's currently filming 14 Blades in Yinchuan, has a scene in which he gets to flaunt his fabulous 6-pack abs, that director Daniel Lee especially arranged for him. For the sake of this scene, Donnie Yen's been on diet and working out since 2 months ago.
 
Donnie Yen says that ,14 Blades has the most fights among his recent works and is the most taxing as well. The more he fights, the more thrilled he is. He will be fighting various opponents practically throughout the film, with Ku Huen Chiu providing the choreography. The most anticipated fight scene would probably be his fight against an equally capable martial artist Xu Xiang Dong, providing their blades would ever cross in the first place.

Looks like it has been covering HK/Chinese films since May. The blogger/webmaster is really diligent. I've been sitting on some news (like Detective Dee) due to length, but they're so extensive in translations, and also it has quite a lot of coverage on Seven Little Fortunes.

This was in the latest news. 

Perhaps it was referring to the sprained knee giving way again due to too much action? Anyhow, hope Donnie Yen's getting better.

Yeah, poor Donnie. Another film, another ache or pain or aggravated old injury.

I wonder what his idea of being 'out of shape' is? Seriously? Does the man ever look fat? He's so tiny. He talked about having to diet etc. for the shirtless scenes in the Flashpoint commentary.

Actually hes not tiny hes always been quite huge i'd estimate him around 170-180 pounds in most of his movies if not more

But since he slimmed down he is tiny now

Actually he isn't. There was someone, can't recall if it was Raphy or another fan that got to see Donnie up close and took photos of him with fans that were waiting to see him stroll by and the man is not huge at all. I remember the remark made at how small he was.

I'm not doubting hes short and small but its not like hes as skinny as bruce lee hes actually quite massive for a chinese guy his size

I just hope i don't learn too much about this movie to the point i know what to expect but if any more setbacks or injuries happen i'd like to be informed
